Leotis Belcher brings veteran safety savvy to Southeast Missouri’s secondary
Leotis Belcher is a seasoned defensive back for Southeast Missouri State, and his profile points to a starter-level presence in the secondary with veteran experience and reliability. In the 2001 season, Southeast Missouri listed him as an expected starter at free safety, and he finished that year as one of the team’s active seniors on defense; the available notes also mention he missed three games with a leg injury, which adds some context to his durability. If you want a DB who understands the game, can organize the back end, and has already earned trust in the program, Belcher is the kind of calm, experienced fit that coaches love.
