Experienced, high-activity NDSU corner with pro-level movement skills
Destin Talbert is the kind of North Dakota State corner who should interest teams that value experience, versatility, and competitive edge. In his 2022 season at NDSU, he started all 15 games, logged 59 tackles, and scored on a 56-yard blocked-field-goal return, while his college career finished with 144 tackles, 25 passes defended, 4 interceptions, and 2 forced fumbles over 67 games. He was also a 2022 team captain and later drew praise for elite athletic testing, signaling a player with twitch, range, and special-teams value rather than just box-score production.
