Columbia DL David Donovan brings rare versatility and developmental upside
David Donovan is a senior at Columbia who has already seen the field in seven career games and offers unusual roster flexibility by having played both tight end and defensive line. That two-way background suggests he brings functional athleticism, toughness, and a willingness to do the dirty work—traits coaches value in a depth-piece or developmental front-seven piece. He is less a box-score producer than a versatile, physical fit who can help in a rotational role, especially for a team looking for effort, adaptability, and upside over finished polish.
