Louisville's breakout walk-on back who earned his shot
Braxton Jennings is an intriguing Louisville RB because he already flashed real game-breaking ability in 2025, most notably with 113 rushing yards and a touchdown in the Governor’s Cup win over Kentucky, while finishing the regular season with 37 carries for 200 yards and 1 score. Listed at 5-foot-11, 195 pounds, he looks like a compact, physical runner who can handle volume, and his walk-on-to-scholarship rise suggests toughness, maturity, and a high motor. He looks like a useful fit for a team that values dependable depth and competitive edge over pure recruiting pedigree.
