Lance Bailey is a productive two-way guard with real all-around pop
In the 2024-25 season at Everglades High, Lance Bailey Jr. averaged 13.0 points, 2.0 assists, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.8 steals per game, showing a guard who impacts both scoring and disruption rather than living off one skill[1]. He ranked in the top 60 in Florida’s 6A division for at least one stat and top 4 in District 15 for at least one stat, which points to high-impact production in a competitive setting[1]. For a Bakersfield-style roster fit, he looks like a tough, active, do-everything perimeter piece who can bring energy, defense, and secondary creation.
