Local DB with Bengals roots and a proven feel for the game
Taison Manu stands out as a homegrown Idaho State defensive back who brings a local connection, steady defensive-back pedigree, and the kind of under-the-radar toughness coaches value in the secondary. His profile suggests a player with strong buy-in and fit for a program that prizes development and accountability rather than flash alone. Publicly available stats are limited, so the bigger takeaway is his role as a dependable, culture-friendly DB who can add depth and competitiveness to a roster.
