Matt Acree brings veteran trench toughness and proven PFL impact for Drake
Matt Acree was a fifth-year senior defensive lineman for Drake who earned PFL Defensive Player of the Week honors after his final collegiate game, when he posted two sacks for 11 yards in losses, and he was also named a 2014 team captain and preseason All-PFL selection[2][7]. His value is the kind coaches love in the middle of a defense: experienced, disruptive, and productive when it matters, with a reputation for steady leadership and edge in the trenches[2][7]. If you need a plug-in run defender who can collapse the pocket and set a physical tone, Acree fits that mold[2][7].
