2nd Team All-Conference RB with Elite Touchdown Intensity for Sam Houston Bearkats
Alex Williams earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors in the 2024 season by rushing 141 times for 687 yards and 8 TDs while adding 17 receptions for 128 yards, showcasing a rare blend of backfield reliability and pass-catching versatility. His differentiator isn't just his 5.8-yard average but his explosive intensity in the red zone and a personality that treats every snap like a playoff game, making him a high-fit, low-risk addition for any team needing a TD-driven RB. Despite Sam Houston's overall disappointing season, Williams stood out as a consistent offensive anchor with no reported injury history, proving he thrives under pressure and delivers when the team needs a spark.
