Cardel Dick is Omaha’s switch-flipping catcher with power and clutch juice
Cardel Dick has been one of Omaha’s most impactful bats in the 2026 season, earning Second Team All-Summit League honors after hitting .300 in conference play with 5 home runs, 17 RBI, and flawless defense behind the plate in league action. He brings more than box-score pop: he has shown real clutch power, multi-position versatility, and a steady, high-energy presence that helps stabilize the lineup. If a team wants a catcher who can handle the staff, punish mistakes, and occasionally turn a game upside down with one swing, Dick absolutely fits the bill.
