Clarence Smith brings proven pass-rush production to NAU’s front seven
Clarence Smith is an experienced **edge defender** for Northern Arizona who has already shown he can get after the quarterback, logging **3.0 sacks** and **20 tackles** while playing in all 11 games in his NAU season, which makes him a useful fit for a team needing disruption off the edge.[5] The key differentiator is his *production in limited snapshot stats*—the sack total suggests pass-rush upside beyond raw tackle volume, though publicly available sources here do not provide deeper scouting notes on his athletic traits, injury history, or personality.
