Joseph Mason brings rare DL versatility and a little pop on offense
In the 2021 season at Louisiana Tech, Joseph Mason appeared in 12 games as a defensive lineman and also logged one rushing attempt for 27 yards, a quirky little wrinkle that hints at athleticism and toughness[6][9][12]. He was listed at 6-foot-2, 257 pounds on the Bulldogs’ roster, and his background as a former linebacker suggests he brings mobility, pursuit speed, and flexibility along the front[1][3][11]. The profile here is more role-player than headline star, but that kind of disruptive, high-motor defensive-line depth can absolutely matter for a team looking for versatile trench pieces[1][6].
