Charlotte’s steady long snapper Brian McDonough brings reliability and roster-value upside
Brian McDonough is the kind of specialist coaches keep on the field: as Charlotte’s long snapper, his value is in clean, consistent execution and trust on special teams rather than headline stats. Publicly available information on his current college production is limited, but his listed role at Charlotte signals he’s competing for a niche job where snap accuracy, timing, and composure matter most. If you need a low-drama, detail-driven roster fit who can help stabilize field goals, punts, and hidden-yardage situations, that’s exactly the profile McDonough offers.
