Delaware's Veteran Forward Anchoring the Blue Hens' Frontcourt
Hakim McCullar, a 6'8" sophomore forward for the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens, delivers steady production with 2.8 PPG and 1.9 RPG on 39.0% FG in recent play, bringing physicality and rebounding tenacity from his Cincinnati roots and prep days at Winthrow HS/Maine Central Institute. His battle-tested intensity shines in gritty matchups—like fouling out in clutch moments against ODU—making him a reliable glue guy for teams needing frontcourt depth and hustle; a smart, low-maintenance fit for mid-major contenders building around tough, experienced bigs.
