Destiny Marshall brings veteran Rutgers guard savvy and a proven scoring punch
Destiny Marshall is a veteran Rutgers guard whose value goes beyond box-score filler: in her Rutgers career she has shown multi-level scoring, rebounding from the wing, and the kind of physical, mature presence that steadies a rotation. Her best seasons came before Rutgers, including 14.9 points and 5.0 rebounds per game at Jacksonville in the 2019-20 season, and at Rutgers she has been praised for competing hard, contributing in key stretches, and providing depth and leadership. She fits best for a team that wants experience, toughness, and a guard who can handle pressure without needing the offense built around her.
