low-usage Utah big with efficient flashes and real old-school grit
In the 2025-26 season, Katrena Ellett is a depth piece for Utah whose value comes more from toughness, rebounding touch, and efficient hustle than from volume scoring; she averaged 0.3 points, 0.9 rebounds, and 2.3 minutes per game in the available stats. Her profile suggests a classic glue-player fit: physical, willing to do the dirty work, and not afraid of contact, even if the box score stays modest. If a team needs size, effort, and a steady interior presence rather than a featured scorer, she’s the kind of player who can quietly help win the margins.
