Juan Reyna brings proven spacing and shot-making to Santa Clara's backcourt
Reyna is a perimeter guard whose biggest calling card is shooting: in the 2024-25 season at Jackson State, he averaged 4.1 points and hit 22 threes, and his earlier college seasons showed he can stretch defenses when he’s in rhythm. He’s best viewed as a fit for teams that need floor spacing, a catch-and-shoot threat, and a mature guard who has already produced at multiple stops. The upside is clear; the swing factor is consistency, since his recent efficiency dipped, but the skill set still makes him an intriguing role piece.
