Greg Williams gives Jackson State a proven, bursty backfield option
Greg Williams profiles as a physical, efficient runner for Jackson State, with his best documented game showing 62 rushing yards and a touchdown on 11 carries in the 2021 season. His calling card is straightforward: he can handle contact, stay north-south, and give an offense dependable between-the-tackles juice when the game gets messy. The bigger question is current usage, since recent public stat lines are limited, so his fit depends on whether a team wants a tough, low-drama RB who can earn yards the hard way and complement more explosive playmakers.
