Gabe Bansuelo brings local-rooted, low-ego backcourt depth to Nevada
A Reno native and Bishop Manogue standout, Gabe Bansuelo earned a walk-on spot at Nevada and showed the kind of toughness coaches love: in the 2019-20 season he appeared in 9 games, and in the 2020-21 season he appeared in 2 games, giving the Wolf Pack a steady, no-drama guard presence. His high-school résumé featured efficient scoring and disruptive defense, including 16.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.9 steals per game as a senior. If you want a grinder with local pride, defensive bite, and a team-first mindset, he fits the vibe.
