Eastern Michigan DB Keylen Gulley brings proven ball skills and steady tackling
Keylen Gulley is a compact, productive defensive back who showed he can contribute in coverage and in run support, finishing his 2023 season at Eastern Michigan with 16 tackles and three pass breakups in eight games. He does not profile as a flashy stat-stuffer, but his value is in reliability, active hands, and the kind of steady, competitive presence coaches like in the secondary. For a team looking for a rotational DB who can defend routes, stay engaged physically, and add depth with experience, Gulley is a sensible fit.
