Oregon’s ball-hawking corner with real shutdown pedigree
In the 2017 season, Arrion Springs stood out as one of Oregon’s most reliable corners, earning honorable mention All-Pac-12 and a Pro Football Focus First-Team All-Pac-12 nod after a coverage grade of 88.2, seventh among FBS cornerbacks; he also led the Pac-12 in pass breakups in both 2015 (12) and 2017 (19), a strong sign of consistent disruption. The differentiator is simple: he plays fast, sticky coverage, and brings proven production against top competition, making him a fit for teams wanting a physical, instinctive corner who can challenge throws and survive on an island.
