Lengthy, Physical DB with Ball Skills and Big-Play Upside
Saivion Smith brought legit cornerback traits to Alabama, including size (6-1, 200), aggressive run support, and ball production — he finished a notable season with 31 tackles, a tackle for loss, two interceptions, six passes broken up, and one pick-six. What makes him stand out is the blend of athleticism and playmaking, not just coverage ability: he can challenge throws, trigger downhill, and change momentum with turnovers. If you want a defensive back with NFL-style measurables, confidence, and splash-play potential, Smith is absolutely worth a look.
