Senior RHP with Elite Bullpen Intensity and Game-Ending Saves
Dalton Boruff, a 5-10 senior right-handed pitcher for Eastern Illinois, differentiates himself through unmatched bullpen intensity and a proven ability to close games, having recorded a team-leading five saves in 2025. While his 2026 ERA sits at 9.09, his recent 5.2-inning scoreless outing against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (4 strikeouts) reveals a pitcher who thrives under pressure and can dominate for multiple innings when needed. His compact 5-10 frame generates a fastball in the 86-88 mph range with high RPMs (2200-2300), making him a deceptive and reliable option for teams needing a high-intensity reliever who doesn't rely on size but on precision and grit. You should care because Boruff is a 'game-changer' in short bursts, and he is an ideal fit for any team seeking a resilient, save-capable bullpen arm with a senior's leadership.
