Cristian Perez brings veteran linebacker size and early-career all-state chops to UNI
Cristian Perez is a former Monroe College standout who arrived at UNI with proven linebacker pedigree, including all-conference honors at Monroe and all-county, all-city, and all-state recognition in high school. His profile suggests a physical, experienced fit who can add toughness, special-teams value, and depth in the box more than splashy stat-sheet production. The catch: publicly available current stat data is sparse, so the real value here is his background, size, and competitive edge rather than a loud statistical resume. If your team wants a hard-nosed linebacker with upside and some old-school grit, he’s at least worth a serious look.
