Veteran Memphis DL with size, experience, and disruptive flashes
In the 2016 season, Cortez Crosby was a 6-foot-1, 270-pound veteran defensive lineman for Memphis who had already played in 20 games and posted 14 tackles, 3 sacks, 2 tackles for loss, and 3 fumble recoveries. He stood out more for his interior toughness, leverage, and knack for creating chaos than for gaudy volume stats. Memphis listed him as a redshirt junior, and recruiting profiles pegged him as a compact, powerful defensive tackle. If your team wants a battle-tested DL who can hold ground, flash as a pass rusher, and bring grown-man nastiness, he fits the vibe.
