Finley Simmons brings point-guard toughness and a feel-for-the-game floor game to Charleston Southern
Finley Simmons is a guard who fits the “steady organizer” mold: Charleston Southern’s roster lists him as a backcourt piece, and his earlier CSU action showed a capable all-around line, including a 12-point, 7-rebound, 3-assist, 2-steal game in the 2022-23 season. He reads like a low-drama, high-IQ guard who can impact the game with defense, rebounding from the perimeter, and connective passing more than flashy volume scoring. If your team wants a gritty, team-first guard who can keep the offense moving and compete on both ends, he’s worth a look.
