Experienced USC depth corner with a tough, walk-on edge
James Harbin is a former USC walk-on cornerback who joined the Trojans in 2010 as a junior transfer and was listed as a redshirt senior in 2011 at 5-foot-10, 170 pounds. His profile fits a steady, blue-collar depth piece more than a headline-grabber: USC described him as a senior walk-on with no recorded game statistics, while contemporary coverage noted he was viewed as a heady player and part of the Trojans’ cornerback depth chart. If you value effort, maturity, and ready-made depth, he checks the box; if you need a proven stat-stuffer, he’s not that guy.
