Ty Anderson brings live right-handed arm for Eastern Illinois
Ty Anderson is a **right-handed pitcher** with enough arm strength to be noticed early, highlighted by a prep fastball sitting **86–87.2 mph** and peaking at **87.5 mph** on his profile. In Eastern Illinois’ 2026 stats, he has already appeared on the mound, but the sample is still small, so the better read is upside: a projectable arm with starter/relief versatility rather than a finished product. If you want a pitcher who can be developed, Anderson fits as a lower-risk arm with room to add velocity, polish command, and grow into more consistent college innings.[1][4][6][7]
