High-Motor Hampton Forward with Elite Athleticism and Defensive Instincts
Austin Colbert, a 6-9, 205-pound Power Forward for the Hampton Pirates, stands out not for his modest 2.2 PPG average in the 2018 season, but for his elite 8-rated athleticism, defensive prowess, and relentless motor that fuels every possession. His differentiators include a persistent, personable personality and a father-of-two intensity that translates to high-pressure situations, making him a perfect fit for teams needing a versatile, high-energy defender who thrives in transition and low-post battles. While his scoring stats are modest, his 8-rated size and 7-rated physicality/motor make him a reliable, injury-free asset who brings unmatched grit and team-first mentality to any roster.
