Juwan McCloud brings pressure defense and steady guard play to UNI
McCloud is a useful backcourt fit because he has already shown two-way impact for UNI, leading the team in steals (33) and assists (62) in the 2017-18 season while also contributing 6.6 points per game and six double-figure scoring outings.[1] At 5-11, his game is built less on size and more on activity, playmaking, and disruption, which can translate well for a team needing a tough, energetic guard who can create possessions and keep the offense organized.[2][1]
