Brown guard Jacqueline Schoninger brings steady backcourt depth and toughness
Jacqueline Schoninger’s Brown profile shows a 5-foot-8 guard who has been valued for backcourt depth and earned minutes through hustle, defensive activity, and composure; as a freshman in the 2010-11 season, she appeared in 19 games and logged a season-high 12 minutes at Yale with 4 points, 2 rebounds, 2 steals, and an assist. Her game reads as dependable more than flashy: a guard who can survive possessions, make simple plays, and add energy off the bench. If a team wants a steady, role-fitting guard rather than a high-usage scorer, she looks like a sensible fit.
