Scott Secor was a high-volume, high-accuracy Ball State kicker with proven range
Secor’s value was his reliability: at Ball State he finished with 44 career field goals and 94 career extra points, and ESPN lists him at 81.5% on field goals, 96.9% on PATs, and a long of 55 yards. He stood out as a calm, dependable specialist rather than a flashy athlete, with the kind of consistency coaches trust in close games. One note for context: the available sources identify him as a former Ball State placekicker, so this is a legacy profile, not a current roster evaluation.
