a vetted, 3-star inside linebacker with SEC size and tackling pedigree
Sealand is a **3-star, 26th-ranked inside linebacker** in his class and already shows the profile Vanderbilt values: a **physical, downhill defender** with proven tackling production and a nose for impact plays. ESPN lists him with **28 solo tackles** and **2 forced fumbles**, which points to a player who can finish stops and create disruption, not just clean up after them. His appeal is less about flashy measurables and more about reliability, aggression, and fit in a defense that needs instinctive linebackers who play fast and hit hard.
