veteran Vanderbilt guard who brings shooting, poise, and walk-on grit
Drew Weikert is a Nashville-born Vanderbilt guard whose value has come from smart, low-drama minutes and a reputation as an elite shooter and reliable teammate. In the 2021-22 season, he appeared in 15 games and started five, averaging 2.2 points, 0.6 rebounds, and 0.5 assists while hitting 38.9% from three and 47.8% overall in limited action. He’s the kind of player coaches trust for spacing, toughness, and feel—more connector than box-score star, but the walk-on backstory and steady intensity make him a culture-friendly fit.
