UTRGV forward DeFrance Gurley brings size and veteran presence
DeFrance Gurley is a **6'7" forward** listed on UTRGV’s men’s basketball roster, and his value is likely tied to the kind of size, positional versatility, and experience coaches want in a frontcourt piece.[1] The available team information confirms his role and senior-year presence, but it does not provide current season stats, injury notes, or advanced performance metrics, so the clearest takeaway is that he profiles as a steady, interior-minded fit rather than a flashy headline maker.[1]
