Janiece Johnson brings rare size and veteran presence to Middle Tennessee
Janiece Johnson is a 6-foot-7 senior center for Middle Tennessee, and that kind of size alone can change the geometry of a game. Her profile shows a long, physical interior presence and a veteran mindset that was recognized for community service, while recruiting notes also flagged her as a high-level prospect coming out of high school. The big question for a team is fit: she offers true paint size and matchup value, but her college production has been modest, so she projects more as a role-specific rim presence than a volume scorer.
