Gethse Ulloa gives Bakersfield a strikeout-heavy arm with relief value
Gethse Ulloa is a right-handed pitcher at Cal State Bakersfield whose calling card is swing-and-miss stuff: in the 2025 junior-college season, he fanned 94 hitters in 73.1 innings, and that strikeout volume helped him earn a spot in Bakersfield’s 2026 roster plans. He’s shown enough trust from the staff to work important bullpen frames in 2026, which suggests a competitive, high-leverage profile rather than just filler innings. If you want a pitcher who can miss bats and fit into pressure spots, he’s a legit look.
