Megan Davidson brings proven middle-of-the-order power and catcher versatility to South Alabama
Davidson is a high-impact bat with real run-producing upside and the flexibility to help at both infield and catcher, which makes her more valuable than a box score alone suggests. South Alabama lists her as a 2026 junior, and her profile notes a 1.991 OPS, four home runs, and 32 RBIs, while her prep résumé showed elite contact and power even through an injury-shortened junior year. The differentiator is her combination of pop, competitive edge, and defensive utility behind the plate.
