Columbia Lions DB with Elite Ball-Hawking Instincts
Carter is a defensive back who brings exceptional ball-security awareness and playmaking ability to the secondary. During his 2012 season at Columbia, he started all 10 games and recorded 40 tackles (24 solo) with 2 sacks, demonstrating versatility and impact beyond typical DB responsibilities. An honor roll student (3.5 GPA) who won a $10,000 Champs Sports scholarship, Carter combines intelligence and discipline with physical production. His high steal rate in high school (2.7 per game, 28th in Division 2) signals strong instincts for reading opposing offenses—a differentiator for safeties and corners seeking to create turnovers.
