Wofford’s Durable, Live-Arm Righty With Summer-League Pop
Davis Rivers is a Wofford right-handed pitcher who entered the 2026 season as a junior and carried meaningful summer-ball momentum, including a league title in 2025 and a Traverse City stint in 2026. He’s the kind of arm coaches like: sturdy at 6-foot-1, 205 pounds, experienced, and already trusted in relief at the college level. In Wofford’s 2026 stats, he logged 6.2 innings with 8 strikeouts and a 5.40 ERA, suggesting real swing-and-miss ability even if command and consistency still need polish. If your team wants a competitive bullpen piece with upside, he’s worth a serious look.
