Cedric Lott Jr. Is a Jumbo Frame Project with Special-Teams Footing
Cedric Lott Jr. entered Boston College as a three-star, 6-foot-5 receiver with basketball-athlete traits and big-frame upside, but his college résumé is still light: in the 2025 season he appeared in two games mostly on special teams and reserve duty, and he did not record a stat. BC’s own roster page lists him as a redshirt freshman at 6-5, 218, and recruiting notes highlight that he was a late football convert who also starred in basketball, which hints at untapped ceiling, physicality, and coordination. He’s a “developmental upside” bet, not a proven production piece—yet.
