Western Kentucky’s under-the-radar defensive back to watch
William Morland is listed by ESPN and Fanstake as a Western Kentucky defensive back, but publicly available stat detail is sparse, so the evaluation is more about projection than production. Based on the limited data, he profiles as a depth/additive piece worth monitoring for development rather than a proven stat-stuffer. If you need a DB target, the key question is whether his practice habits, coverage reliability, and special-teams value show up on film and in the room—because that’s where a low-profile defensive back can separate himself.
