Dependable long snapper with Montana State pedigree
Richard Hageman’s clearest value is as a specialized **long snapper** with Montana State experience, a role that demands precision, consistency, and trust under pressure rather than box-score production. Montana State listed him as a transfer from Montana Tech who would redshirt in 2013 to develop at the position, which suggests the staff saw him as a project worth investing in[4]. Because long snappers are judged on reliability, clean exchanges, and special-teams stability, he fits best for a team that values low-error execution and roster versatility over headline stats[4].
