VMI DL Devin Johnson Brings Veteran Edge and Blue-Collar Power Up Front
Devin Johnson is a physically mature defensive lineman for VMI whose value is tied to trench toughness, reliability, and a high-motor style that fits a hard-nosed front. His earlier college production at Miami (OH) was modest, but that background still suggests a player with experience against higher-level competition and the kind of snap-to-snap discipline coaches covet. For a team needing interior grit, leverage, and a plug-and-play worker who can help set the tone, he looks like a fit worth betting on.
