FAU’s versatile redshirt senior guard expected to drive impact
Breana Turner enters the 2026 season as a 5-foot-10 redshirt senior guard for Florida Atlantic, and the program says she’s a versatile, athletic combo guard/forward who will be counted on to make a major impact this season[1]. That profile fits a player who can do a bit of everything: defend multiple spots, handle the ball, and bring mature, high-motor energy to a rotation. For a team, she looks like a reliable glue piece with upside as a steady two-way connector rather than a pure volume scorer[1].
