Luke Gelow brings shot-making upside and wing-sized versatility to Oakland
Gelow is a freshman guard for Oakland whose biggest calling card is scoring versatility: he was described in high school as a productive shooter who could score inside and out, use his size to attack smaller defenders, and read closeouts well enough to create efficient drives. He also showed strong production in high school, though his college role and current on-court impact are limited by an injury/retirement report, which makes him more of a long-term fit than an immediate stat-sheet driver.
