Candice Adams brings veteran shot-making and steady guard play to North Texas
Candice Adams is a proven North Texas guard whose value goes beyond box scores: in her college career she was a 15th-place all-time scorer for the program with 877 points and hit 57 threes in 2016-17, which ranks fourth in school history; more recent season data shows she can still contribute as a scoring guard, posting 7.9 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game with North Texas. [1][3] She looks like a fit for a team that wants experience, perimeter shooting and a dependable two-way guard presence, though her shooting efficiency suggests she is more of a volume creator than a pure efficiency specialist.
