T.J. Watkins brings Clemson experience, but his current impact is limited by role uncertainty
T.J. Watkins is a former Clemson offensive lineman whose college value came more from depth, development, and versatility than headline-grabbing stats—because, as an offensive lineman, the real story is in snap count, reliability, and technique. The reliable sources provided don’t show current Clemson game production or recent accolades, so the best read is that he was a program-type contributor rather than a star. If you’re evaluating fit, his profile suggests toughness and familiarity with Power Five competition, but not a proven high-end starter track record.
