young Gophers linebacker still building his college résumé
Schultz is currently more of a development piece than a finished product, with ESPN listing only limited career production so far for Minnesota, which suggests he is still earning snaps and carving out a role[1]. For a fit, think **upside, not instant stats**: a linebacker who may appeal if you value a player who can grow into special teams value, physicality, and assignment reliability over proven big-play numbers. Because public data on his on-field impact is sparse, the key question is whether Minnesota’s staff sees him as a rising depth option or a long-term project[1].
