Bangoura brings Wyoming-local grit and position versatility to the Cowboys’ offensive line
Abraham Bangoura is a 6-foot-5, 295-pound Wyoming native who entered the Cowboys program as a preferred walk-on and has positioned himself as a sturdy developmental OL prospect with homegrown toughness and versatility. In high school, he earned 2022 second-team Class 4A all-state and first-team East all-conference honors at offensive line, while also showing athletic pop on defense with 22 tackles, 2.5 TFL, 3.0 sacks, and four fumble recoveries. His value is less about box-score stats and more about frame, competitive edge, and projectable line traits—an appealing fit for teams that like long, local, coachable linemen.
