RJ Gonzalez brings efficient short-yardage pop for San Diego
RJ Gonzalez was a reliable rotational back for San Diego in the 2019 season, rushing for 97 yards on 13 carries with 3 touchdowns and a stout 7.5 yards per carry, which hints at legit finish-in-space value rather than empty-volume stats[2][4]. His best trait was decisiveness near the goal line, and his profile also shows durability/role-player trust from appearing in nine games that year plus two PFL Academic Honor Roll selections, suggesting a disciplined, coach-friendly fit[2].
